Dear Employees,
I hope this letter finds you well during a challenging time in our world. I want to personally thank you for your hard work and dedication both to DTK and to our customers. I also want to remind you that your job is an important job every day, and now your job is increasingly important as we work to limit the spreading of COVID-19 through disinfecting facilities.
I also want to take a second to remind you of our mission statement at DTK. A mission statement answers the question: "Why does the company exist?" So, why does DTK exist? The answer to that question is that we exist to enhance facilities to God's glory.
My belief is that God deeply cares for all people, as the Bible states that we are made in His image. When we join God in caring for others, we fulfill our mission statement. I want to bring to you attention how you can care for others during this crisis and how DTK is caring for you.
Others: As people visit public facilities that we clean, they are putting faith in us to have done our job well. Take pride in doing your job well. Consider this verse: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not man." Col. 3:23.
You: DTK will be providing you with a care package during the week of April 13th to help with your needs. Your manager will be in touch with more details about how we will be distributing the care package to you.
Additionally, please use the links on this page to find work safety tips and protocols for making masks. Following these guidelines that we have set forth will help to keep you and your coworkers safe at work.
DTK Facility Services provides an integral role in infection prevention in the facilities we care for and we could not do this without you. I am praying for you and your families; please let me know if there is any other way that I can be serving you at this time.
Sincerely,
